Kathy LeTourneau represents integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of a real estate transaction since 2003. She grew up in Downey California, where both her mother and sister-in-law worked as realtors, so Kathy saw what it took to be a good agent! She grew a successful business in the Las Vegas area, where she learned about short sales and distressed properties. Kathy and her husband, Caleb, moved to Longview, where she immediately resumed her career. She has worked in almost every aspect of the residential market, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother, and is guided by her faith in all she does. She has continually challenged herself to learn and grow her business and has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best. Kathy uses her experience and foresight to proactively address issues before problems arise, initiating communication regarding every detail of the transaction, from that first phone call all the way to closing.
