Candace Young’s roots grow deep in East Texas. Born and raised in Longview, she is a 1999 graduate of Pine Tree. Her faith in the Lord has always been strong, thanks in part to parents who would have her at Mobberly Baptist Church anytime the doors were open. She met her husband, Ben, there and they are now raising their 3 children at Mobberly. They enjoy traveling and visit the mountains of Colorado or Montana as often as possible. The family also loves camping and fishing and just being together outside enjoying God’s creation. Their children attend New Diana schools and are involved in a variety of organizations and sports. Candace is active in the PTO there and is Secretary of the Friends of the New Diana FFA. She enjoys helping and giving back to her community in any way she can!
Candace loves working with people, and that is evident every time she interacts with a client! She spent over 15 years behind a computer, working from home as a medical transcriptionist while her babies were little. While she loved that time of her life, her daughter starting kindergarten was the catalyst she needed to branch out into a job outside of the home. Enter Real Estate! Candace dove in head-first in 2018 and has never looked back! She has a wide variety of real estate experience from simple home purchases and sales to land/lot sales to helping investor clients purchase multiple properties at a time. Working with first time homebuyers is a particular favorite of hers. She also has an eye for detail and that quality shines through in every transaction.
